Marie Colette utilizes a nearly forgotten painting technique of 18th century France to achieve a subtle and painterly effect on her murals, painted furniture and cabinets.

With the beautiful technique from Caseine, Marie Colette creates her own paint with milk, glue and pigments in order to achieve a varied and cracking texture with a translucent depth that cannot be created with modern acrylic or oil paint.
